BRB would win because he has hammer which rivals Thor's meow-meow but Apollo is Storm's counterpart and he has white hair.

Apollo might be faster but Bill's durability and strength are far enough above him that it wouldn't really matter

I think that this is a very hard choice because I don't know too much about each of the characters.

I'll have to go with apollo though because from what I've seen he seems to be a very powerful hero.

@majestic99: He has way higher strength feats(seeing he's basically an alien Thor), better combat, and his own Mjolnir. Apollo doesn't have the showings of BRB.
