What two heroes or villains would combine to make the strongest person (ie Superman with Flash, Spidey with Cap)? No celestial, Omnipotent, or any type of God-Like characters allowed.

Dunno about the strongest of all but Batman/Spider-man would probably create the strongest street level character. Spider-man's abilities/stats and Bruce's brains and training? I shudder to think what would happen to all the other street levelers.

For me I'd prefer to choose people with the little amount of overlap in powers, or people whose abilities would remove weaknesses. For example...

Martian Manhunter & Lady Blaze- Since that should deal with any issue with him becoming Fernus, you basically have Hellfire Fernus+Magic

Superman & Captain Atom- Kryptonite and Red Sun radiation aren't gonna bug him now. maybe he can even charge himself.

Batman & Firestorm- Basically give one of the worlds most resourceful men unlimited resource

Supergirl & Doctor Fate- Since I already used Superman, and this can remove any problems with magic
