Defiantly Dick Grayson, just cause everyone goes to him he has the leadership skills from titans and Outsiders. And he's got the people skills that I think him a better leader then Bruce. I'd also add Captain Atom to your list.
Captain America...I'd follow him to Hell and Back.
P.S. That part of Infinity Gauntlet crossover where he faces Thanos knowing he is powerless against him only to get pimp smacked into non-existence is a perfect example why people'll bend over backwards for him.

I chose Vril because with him as your leader, you're not going to lose. He looked Starro in the face and corrected a sentence he incorrectly said. He ALWAYS has a plan, even back ups for back ups. I would want to be led by Steve, Superman, Dick, or Cyclops though.
@Ferro Vida: Just because CIS, WIS and PIS keep you in a position of leadership, doesn't make you a good leader. Cyclops is the worst team leader in marvel. If the x-men were sane they'd find a new leader at the very least, abandon the x-men at best.

I want to make it very clear that I usually think you are a very intelligent fellow and that I generally respect your opinion. But I've never wanted to punch someone as much as I do right now.
@Andferne: Didn't you once have scans of Cyclops and the Acolytes stranded in the middle of nowhere, and the Acolytes chose to follow him despite the fact that he is their enemy?
@Ferro Vida: I've lost every last shred of respect for Cyclops a long time ago. I will voice that opinion without any regret. Vance, you are one of the people I respect the most on the Vine. But in my eyes Cyclops is a loser. And I've never seen anything to change my opinion. So let us agree to disagree like gentlemen.

sorry I typed before i caught that I was thinking about something Vance Astro was saying while I was replying. Anyway I wholly mean what I said Vida about both the respect for you and my lack of respect for Cyclops.

I really dislike Deadpool and am only passingly liking of Wolverine and nowhere is that liking close enough for me to even consider buying wolverine comics in the future. And Punisher while a character that has several arcs I do enjoy (especially the MAX series) is not one I pick up or like enough to do so in the future.

It's not really fair to take the TV show into account, as it's non-canon. And I personally liked Cyclops in the eighties, and in Joss Whedon's run on Astonishing X-men. He was great in his own title and First Class too.
@Crom-Cruach: Fair enough. I still think you would come to like him more if you read from other periods in the X-men's history (the ones I mentioned above), but you are entitled to your opinion.

@Crom-Cruach: You're 100% correct. Cyclops is one of the lamest and is the most overrated character in the MU.
@Andferne: In comics in general? Or just American comics? @Ferro Vida: I have so many comic series I love at the moment or want to read, that even if I could summon up the energy to give x-men another try I likely wouldn't in all honesty. I have found I've moved beyond X-men.
