H2H only
Everyone is depowered, so based on skill alone and not powers to help them( e.g Iron Fist cant use his chi)
How about Kenshiro? He explodes people by touching them.
I'm assuming that pressure points are allowed and a good chunk of Kenshiro's skills exploit pressure points.
@MisterGuyMan: @Jayfournines:
don;t forget raoh

She should be invited to this.

@laflux: Yeah but 4 door Sedan's are the squirrel girl of the car world.
True, though I do think that Taskmaster killing Asgardian Gods with stats equal to or greater than Spider-Man is a bit fanciful. My choice would be Karate Kid- though he really is the personification of a Hax Character.

@laflux: Huh? I wasn't using that as an example of hand to hand I just liked that image lol. I could have just posted a pic of just Tasky but I liked that one. Wasn't meant as a feat.
Kl- so just post pictures of Taskmaster I like
I'll be on my way now
Melee is better.Yes. If it is about skill, Taskmaster is the best.

Who is Meele?
She's a member on the initiative who's ability is basically just knowing every martial art. While she has the potential to be as good as quite few top tier fighters she doesn't have enough appearances/feats to support this.

Best hand to hand fighter? When he isn't being low-balled or jobbing this guy:
Stats equalized and just pure skill? Yeah Taskmaster seems to be the answer.
Karate Kid stomps. He's so good at martial arts, he's basically superhuman at the level of a PC Kryptonian.
Doesn't seem to work too well for him.Taskmaster can copy all of her abilities.

Taskmaster is a really inconsistent character having low-end showings and then ridiculously high showings. If we average it out by ignoring the impossible ones (like him recently stomping a Vulked out Venom) and his low-ball ones (the Moon Knight appearance) his over-all achievements are very high he has had three fights with Captain America that have never ended with a conclusive winner (the only one that ever ended was the one where Cap had prep and Taskmaster didn't) despite the fact that Cap is enhanced human and Taskmaster is Olympic level. Due to all the skillsets he's acquired the variety of styles he's acquired go far beyond marital arts his demonstrated Bullseye's precision, Spider-man's and Daredevils acrobatics ontop of all the fighting styles he's picked up. He's not just a very complete fighter but also a very versatile one due to all the other movements he can replicate. When he isn't jobbing or doing things outside his ability he is a very very dangerous hand to hand fighter.
That's they problem...I don't have a clue when he isn't.When he isn't jobbing

I admit with him it is hard to tell but he does have some credible wins.
Defeating Elektra with his eyes closed, beating Black Widow and Headsman at the same time with his hands chained up, fighting both Bucky and Captain America at the same time during siege, one-shotting Solo and Black Crow at the same time during Civil War, stomping Cat (Shen Kuei) in hand to hand, stomping Hawkeye and one-shotting Stature, Ant-man and Yellow Jacket at the same time by hitting their pressure points.
There are high end feats but they aren't worth bringing up as he shouldn't have been able to do them. Stomping Venom for example and holding his own against an Avengers team (that included both Ms. and Captain Marvel). Over the past few years he's become far more consistent.
But then he got one-shotted in the next issue, right? Bullseye seemed more like what Taskmaster is supposed to be in that series. He pretty much shut her whole style down. Studied her to a T and pretty much predicted her moves. I think he ended up losing though.Defeating Elektra with his eyes closed

I might be remembering it wrong but wasn't that a surprise attack?
I don't think so. I remember them having dialogue.@NazarethSavage said:
