Best character my amalgam can beat (Actually fair) - Battles

So I know lot's of these "Beat my characters" have been like complete omnipotents, which is stupid, so I thought I'd do it a little differently.

Ok my guy is called Cornelius Sanders, the result of freakish alchemic experimentation from the early 1900's. He obviously has longevity of life,but that's kind of irrelevant.

Let's say he looks something like this fine gentleman:

Rogue's power absorption, but opponents don't pass out
Loa's molecular distortion
Teleportation
Flight (sub sonic)
Spidey level durability
All powers channeled through his cane, in a Mjolnir-esque fashion. So if he wants to absorb a power, he has to touch the person with his cane.
His cane is also a cane sword

Who's the best character that he can beat?

I was expecting a mid-level guy, not a celestial buster

For some reason the combination of "Loa's molecular distortion" and "His cane is also a cane sword" is hilarious. So far apart on the spectrum of 'power'

@Havenless: hey, i mean what's a gentlemen without a cane sword, right?

seriously though, he does have a real weakness in H2H and isn't very fast, just has teleportation. I could see him being bested by the likes of Flash or Superman at times, though if he can tag them it's an insta-kill.

Also his powers being linked to his cane sword is a, pardon my expression, double-edged sword. While it gives him more reach Rogue or Loa's touch, it's limited only to his cane which could be a problem in combat. I honestly never would have put him at Celestial Level. Maybe Superman level, but even then Supes has the speed/reflex advantage.

He wouldn't even be able to beat Quicksilver.
