All Alien X has been seen doing is reversing the effects of a ruptured dam. SS can probably put down Eon and Ghost, so many powers to use on them, 
I think it really depends on Alien X, if he actually is a reality warper, atleast one powerful enough to take down Norrin, before getting slapped with planet busting attacks, or CA to determine a weakness ext..

Surfer sees that the Omnitrix is the source of Ben's power and drains it, causing it to have to reboot, leaving him powerless.  After Ben is reduced to a non threat, Surfer goes to to the prostitution planet of Rasam 10 to get laid.

Ben slapped the watch,using Ultimate Humungousaur's missiles,firing at the new foe. "A bit far from Hawaii,aren't' you?"he cracked,firing his bone fragments.

"Leave me be,"Norrin stated,blasting a cosmic beam down at Ben. Gaining Spidermonkey's powers,he dodged the blast. Switching to XLR8's powers,he dashed towards Surfer,but he was faster,and blasted Ben backwards. Ben used Clockwork and slowed time,but Surfer still managed to knock him back.

"Persistent little hippie,aren't you?"he grumbled,switching to Ampfibian's powers. Ampfibian was an omega level electricity manipulator,so he might stand a chance now. Surfer felt his mind assaulted by electrical currents. Realizing the threat,Norrin used his powers,and POP! Ben exploded in a flash of light

If ben had all the powers of the 10,000+ aliens at once then he might win, otherwise its lights out for Ben.

Alien X has no feats.

Surfer would beat Ben easily. It wouldn't be a fight - it would be a slaughter.
