Ken has the advantage. But if Bebop and Rocksteady really try their hardest (master team moves), they can pull it off.

For some reason I'm giving this to the two TMNT monsters for durability and healing mutagen. But I'm not yet sure. Kaneki is a pretty strong and brutal dude.
