@The_Soverighn: Telepathy is useless to you here. One of Ahzek's abilities is to strip telepaths of their abilities so any form a telepathy will be useless to your team here. Constantine, Doom and Ahzek are all sorcerers and from what I can see none of your team has a big resistance to magic. The three of them togther can come up with some very nasty ideas. Doom has shown he can do this, so has Constantine and so has Ahzek. Combine that with the time manipulation used by both Dante and Bayonetta with the things the rest of the team can bring to the table they should win.

1 week prep and Ahzek solo's as well man. Remember the rhubic curse? That would screw the other team over badly and with 1 week prep Ahzek could do that pretty damn easily.
Thanos could solo that team w/out IG. He's smarter than that whole team and better with prep. But technically he's a cosmic character so he's out. So I'll go with Flash, Doom, Juggernaut, Hal Jordan, Cap America, Shadow Cat, Ice Man, Lex Luthor(war suit), Spawn and Ghost Rider.
Vril Dox's personal Computer Silica's technopathy makes the tech of T'challa, Batwing, Ironman, Terrific, and Cyborg useless as it will all be working for him not fighting him.
Querl and Kang's use of time travel and manipulation means that they can be aware of every plan your team makes before they institute it and have counter plans to accommodate. Not to mention their tech is LOADS better.
Between Captain Atom , Silver surfer, and Mar-Vell they can absorb the anti mater of Blue marvel and the positrons of Icon. reducing their effectiveness, and easily take them down
Arion's magic allows him to manipulate light and complete control of the elements (not just the weather like Storm) so he will completely outclass Storm. Not to mention his magic also gives him most of Martian Manhunters abilities ( phasing, invisbility, TP, TK, force filds energy blasts) and he can BFR anyone on your team by just opening up a portal to some far flung plane of existence.
That will leave just J'onn J'onzz to contend with the more powerful metnalist in Brainwave Jr ( remember Henry king succeeded in his TP on Black Adam where J'onn failed) and the strength speed and durability of Orion (all of which match Superman) plus his Astro force (which matches Darkseid's Omega Beams)
1) Strategists: Batman and Lex Luthor,one week of preparation they are skilled to study their weaknesses and create strategies,use their intelligence and resources to improve the technology of their allies,for this battle.
2) Tech experts: Professor Ivo and Alex Luthor Jr (the guy from Infinite Crisis),with the Ivo's knowledge of robotics + Alex's knowledge of multiversal science,they can built a ultimate Amazo (this count as member of the team),to drain the powers of the opponent team, besides they can build armor for the whole team, armor that can withstand the explosion of a galaxy (no, it is no exaggeration) and telepathic shields.
3) Heavy-Hitters: Lobo and Doomsday (intelligent version),need to say more?
4) Stealth and wild card: Obsidian (Todd Rice) and Firestorm (Ronald Raymond),Obsidian can keep hidden the whole team before or during the fight, so no need to expose themselves to be injured and if the team is defeated,will still remain Firestorm.
