Stronger than the Hulk, Thor, etc(destroyed a planet while having a fist fight with Drax)

Powerful energy projection(enough to knock Galactus off his feet)

powerful Telepath

Insane durability(with and without his shields) easily tanking the destruction of a planet in battle with Drax, Galactus had to exert effort to pierce his shields, able to do battle with Odin for an extended period of time.

Intelligence at a cosmic scale

Teleportation between distances and dimensions due to a teleporter he possesses(standard gear)

Two teams. The Runner is the really hard one to beat, not sure if I could or not. It's hard to say if these are all necessarily below Thanos, or how many are at Thanos' level. If there's too many that are too high, let me know.

Also who are Vartox and Terminus? I figure you can give me a better read on their power than their data entries

Well, Sidious's power level depends a little on who you talk to. I'd say he's probably at or under Thanos. But that's fine. I'll edit them out.

Terminus is a several-hundred foot tall alien who's nearly indestructible and has a hugely powerful energy lance. Vartox is a Superman-level guy in terms of strength, speed, flight, and endurance, and also has freeze breath, super senses, telekenesis, telepathy and energy projection, astral projection, and the ability to transfer these powers to others.

As it stands without knowing who N'astirh is or what he can do I'd say my team can take Team 1 while Team 2 will pull the majority of the victories. You have quite the list of heavy hitters. Manhunter(we're talking Martian Manhunter, right?) and Despero alone can do a lot of damage with telepathy

Yeah, team 1 is less powerful now. N'astirh is a techno-organic demon from Magik's Limbo. As a techno-organic being, he is pretty hard to destroy, because he only needs one cell to regenerate himself from; he can shape-shift, and drain something's life-force by touching it, transforming them into a t-o being themselves. Think Warlock from New Mutants. In addition, he's a spell-casting demon, one of the main ones behind the Inferno event in the 80s; fairly powerful. His techno-organic body lets him cast his spells at computer speed.

Terminus has fought full teams of Avengers and X-Men by himself, so he'd be able to do well here. Etrigan and N'astirh's magic are a very different kind of attack than anyone on your team, so that difference may play to their favor. Rachel at this level is still pretty capable; for instance she beat Gladiator. I'd say she's probably equal to Nova here. Vartox is mostly there because I think he's fun, but he'd put up a good fight. However, your team has a reasonable speed advantage and also matter manipulation. I doubt my first team would win more than a slight majority at best against yours, and could certainly lose as well.

As it stands I think my team could pull the victory. Black Adam, Superman, and Goku are the weak links. Especially against a bloodlusted Surfer, Runner, and Captain Atom. Even if they do manage to plow through them Thanos could theoretically take them all together. Despero and MMH could do a lot of damage but if Surfer and Thanos turn their telepathic eye to them it'll be a stalemate as both are powerful telepaths in their own right and could hold them off for a short while.

I can see your team winning since Larfleeze is bloodlusted and lets face it. Dude is OP when he's not in full jobber mode.

Classic Strange is FARRRRRR too powerful. He would solo any and every team in this thread. Isn't Black Racer the personification of Death for speedsters? If so Runner stomps him. Black Racer wouldn't even try and touch him because Death has barred him from her realm already. LOLIMMORTALITY
