With all of their powersets, They could counter Ghost Riders powerset with high difficulty and causalities, But they won't put him down for good.

New 52 Bane, SpOck, Azula, 1610 Green Goblin, and Shiva.

you do understand that martian manhunter and ghost rider falls under the same class right?.. doesn't matter who'll win between the two.. but if you can use ghost rider, why can't he use MMH?

@shot: what I meant was, each character's opponent must have the same power level.

My team cake walks over the OP's team, even if some of them have trouble, the majority ends the fight quickly, and goes help the others.

The Spectre is the right-hand of GOD...the OP's team is all street-level, minus the Gosth Rider, who's a high-tier supernatural being in Marvel...so, i thought about making it even XD
