Beat my Gauntlet!

You must create a team of 4 moderate-level characters, (street-level and a little ways up in the hierarchy of comic book power), they must be from Marvel or DC, may be pre-52 or ultimate, current, whatever. Just make sure whatever version they are, that they follow the below rules.

Rules for your characters:

No strength higher than 45 tons for any character, however you may have ONE character go as high as 60 tons

No one more agile or faster than Spiderman

No one with any energy manipulation/output higher than Cyclops, characters like Electro and Gambit are OK

No gods, reality warpers, psionic powers

Nobody who has lived longer than 200 years (no Zealot, Wolverine is OK however)

No teleportation, telepathy or telekinesis, however pheromones(Daken) are OK, but Fantomex's misdirection is NOT

You may have only 2 characters with healing factors, however Captain America's healing factor does not count here, I mean characters like Deadpool, Wolverine, Daken etc.

Finally, if I personally deem your character as not appropriate for this battle, ie. higher than moderate level, you must take them off of your team. Some worthy mentions: Midnighter is not allowed, Fantomex is not allowed.

Rules for the Battles:

Your team will recieve 30 minutes of rest between battles. For the last battle your team will get 60 minutes rest and will be able to prep a battle plan during that time.

Your team will fight like a team, so will mine. In other words, you may mix villains and heroes on your team, as I will do the same.

Everyone is bloodlusted, going all out. No holding back for anybody.

What if Spiderman has full blown pre cog and will know everything that is going down before it ever happens so no one here can do anything to him

Daredevil was able to shrug off Wolverine putting both sets of claws through his chest and was able to more or less through both Luke Cage and Spiderman off of him when they were pinning him down

Gambit in his death persona was able to use his cards to mind control people like Northstar (Who can come damned close to light speed BTW)

Black suit spiderman going by what the suit does for people like Mac and Eddie will outclass everyone here in terms of speed making him near untouchable not to mention the strength boost.Going by how it worked with Mac Pete should be a 30-40 tonner

So just how far above street is allowed? Shadowland DD, the sorcerers, Ghost Rider, iceman and probably Death Gambit (from what I have heard) are not even close to street level.

@BringnIt: Actually no one on my team should be considered street level

@Sherlock I think Symbiote Spidey particularly and even What If Spider-Man can be considered street, just very high end ones. They still are not going to beat good tanks without utilizing their intelligence and combat strategy, and they certainly aren't cosmic. I personally consider them and Iron Fist and others high-end streets since there really isn't an intermediate level.

TEAM 1 - BS Spiderman could handle Scorpian and Vermin, Iceman freezes tombstone into a coma, and Ghost Rider could possibly choke out the Rhin with his chains

TEAM 2 - Nightcrawler would have to be taken out by BS Spidey whose reaction time could KO Nightcrawler, Iceman freezes the water in Kraven's body so he's done, and then he freezes Black Panther to restrain him for a bit while Ghost Rider lands a penence stare. Agent zero handles crossbones.

TEAM 3 - Agent zero's ability to absorb all forms of kinetic energy can make him a match for Thompson but could go either way, Gfreen goblin aand punisher get their blood water frozen by Iceman. Ghost rider may not be fast enough to land a penance stare on Davos but he could burn him to crisp if he is in range.

TEAM 4 - Deadpool and Daredevil would get frozen, GR lands a penane stare on Luke with Agent Zero's help, and BS Spidey could take out Lizard

TEAM 5 - Honestly I don't know if I could beat them. BS Spidey takes care of Kaine, Domino is the only one I see getting frozen here, the others are too fast. Ghost Rider could land a penance stare on Cable if he's lucky, but X-23 and Sabretooth are too much for Agent zero unless Ghost rider could help if he's not in bad shape.

TEAM 6 - Hell no. Agent zero could handle Gambit because of his ability to absorb kinetic energy without harm, Icceman can't touch them so he'd have to concentrate hard to bend the water in someone's blood but that leaves him open for the kill.... the rest are too fast. Also, if this is a full powered Moon Knight then I say my team halts here.

@BringnIt: @Sherlock: Well I had the rules laid out, but there are definitely loopholes. I didnt want to limit this to street level because most teams would basically use Spiderman, Captain America, Wolverine and then some wild card. So, certain characters that aren't considered street level could be considered here. War Machine, Anti Venom, and ArchAngel would fit in here. Still dont think Ghost Rider is on this playing field, thanks to Penance Stare and his invulnerability. Iceman will be allowed, at least for now, Gambit and DD will be allowed. Sorcerers really shouldnt be, but if you're using current Strange then I think it's OK.

Wolverine will be the team leader since he's the most experienced and has lead teams before, Clayface will be the teams bait and tank he'll be absorbing damaged and weakening (possibly creating duplicates) the enemies so the others could finish them off, Electro is the power house here so he'll be able to defeat most enemies with a super powerful attack, Karate kid is their special weapon with his nerve strikes and reaction timing he can take on most enemies 1 on 1 on the gauntlet and win with Wolverine leading them and 30 minutes prep they can create near perfect like plans to beat their enemies.

Well for the first scenario I think this is how it goes

Karate Kid fights Rhino because he can use his martial arts to defeat him with less difficulty than the others by using nerve strikes and grappling moves, Electro takes on scorpion because he knows him better and has many more advantages over him and will just blast him repeatedly, Clay face takes on Tombstone because physical attacks don't do much to clay face and he can suffocate Tombstone, Wolverine takes on Vermin and tries to cut him up and eventually succeeds.

Want a scenario for round 2?

Spider-man uses his enchanced Spider-sense to look ahead of the battle to pinpoint exactly who would be the biggest threat (in round 4 for example it would be the lizard) and would send Omega Red to deal with that threat by draining the opponent via death spores. Tasky and Spider-man use their speed and accuracy to pin anyone who might be using a weapon to protect Wither from getting shot. Spider-man then proceeds to attack the next highest threat and Wither kills anyone who doesn't have a ranged weapon via death touch:

as anyone without a ranged weapon won't be able to kill him. Whereas all he has to do is touch them.

Well basically

Karate Kid takes on the biggest threat first and than goes to help his allies

Electro takes on the person he has knowledge on or seems to be the weak link and goes to help his allies

Wolverine and Clay Face weaken and take on their enemies long enough for Karate Kid and Electro to come to the rescue

As for the final round

Wolverine orders Karate Kid to take on Iron Fist and Clay face to take on Task Master, Wolverine will have to take on daken and Electro will have to take on Moon Night and gambit, Karate Kid should be having a fight with Iron Fist and prevail by than Electro would have probably killed Moon Night (since he tends to not avoid attacks) in a powerful blast, Karate Kid will than help take down Gambit and Clay Face would have suffocated Task Master also the rest than team up on daken and beat him into submission.

Dark Claw- genius level intellect, adatmanium skeleton (and claws), skilled fighter, healing factor

Winter Soldier- tactician, firearms, mechanical arm

Daken- healing factor, skilled fighter, bone claws, pheromone influence, Muramasa claw

Clayface- ability to change his mud body, very durable

Round 1: Tombstone is vulnerable in the eyes, so Bucky could take him out through the use of firearms. Vermin and Rhino are strong but stupid, and a strategist like Dark Claw could use this against them. Even without planning, my team could still beat Vermin in a fight, and possibly Rhino.

Round 2: Daken's ability to know/be where the opponent isn't looking will set him up for a sneak attack on Nightcrawler. Dark Claw could beat Crossbones and Black Panther, and anyone could beat Kraven IMO.

Round 3: Flash can be taken out by a grenade from Winter Soldier due to his weakness of heat and sound. My team would beat Green Goblin and Punisher in a fight, and Steel Serpent's lack of armor would let the others get open shots on him.

Round 4: Lizard would be defeated by Clayface, who's body changing will let him evade Lizard's attacks and eventually swallow him. Deadpool and Dark Claw both have healing factors and are very skilled, but Deadpool's insanity/drifting will cause him to lose to Dark Claw. Daredevil won't be much of a challenge for my team. Luke Cage's skin is able to be lacerated by adatmanium, so Dark Claw is able to harm him.

Round 5: Daken's Muramasa claw can take out Sabretooth and X-23, and if he's not able to defeat them himself, the other teammates could restrain the two. I think Dark Claw could beat Kaine, being more skilled, and having the adatmanium claws. Domino's luck influence will be a problem, but if Daken can use his ability to stay out of her line of vision and get a sneak attack, she won't have time to use it. The same goes for Daken against Cable. If Daken can keep out of his sight, Cable won't suspect danger, and Daken can take him before he bodyslides. In this fight, Daken's a key figure.

Final Battle: Dark Claw most likely would win against Wolverine, because Dark Claw is a combination of Wolverine and Batman. If Dark Claw has trouble, Daken's Muramasa claw could help in taking out Wolverine. Dark Claw should beat current Moon Knight, due to superior skill, weaponry, and his healing factor. Their best hope against Taskmaster would just be for Clayface to swallow him outright. Gambit could be taken out by the team. Dark Claw could probably beat Iron Fist because of his skill, weaponry, and healing factor.

Oops, missed that, my bad. Still, they followed all the other rules and I think have a shot a clearing it (I made it before looking at your teams) so I'm going to leave it up in the hope people see it and find out who Dark Claw is because that guy is awesome.

Team1: loa takes Scorpion, he has not counter for her powers is dead pretty quickly, Shatterstar takes out Tombstone, although possibly physically stronger than Shatterstar, Shatterstar is a better fighter, has mystical blades that should be able to cut Tombstone, is faster and more agile, loa will be finished with scorpion pretty quickly so she could easily jump in this fight and help him end it faster, but i doubt Shatterstar would allow that. Longshot takes out Vermin fairly easily, Thunder beats down Rhino she's more agile, actually has higher durability, and her density control could have her dishing out serious pain.

Team2: If Kurt isn't allowed to teleport, I'd make him fight longshot, the both have comparable ability, but Longshot is stronger, and has luck powers, Nightcrawler would lose. Shatterstar would fights Blackpanther, only because this would be an epic battle but, current BP, doesn't have the stats to beat him after losing the heart-shaped leaf. but this would indeed be a good fight, also his healing factor will help. Also the fact that SS can shift his internal organs means he could completely avoid serious injury in this fight. I'd give Kraven to Thunder because nothing in his arsenal would really do anything to her, he's clearly outmatched, Not to mention she could completely prevent him from leaving the area but causing a shockwave. If Kraven had prep time maybe he would be able to come up with something that could stop her. Physically he just couldn't hurt her. Poor Crossbone draws the short straw with loa. if he keeps his distance he can avoid being killed but i don't image that thunder or longshot would be free to help her catch him.

Team3: Shatterstar vs. Vemon, easy win this will end quickly, his vibrating shockwave should knock the vermon symbiote off Flash long enough for him to snap his neck like a thanks giving turkey or cut his heart out. Longshot has the agility and the luck to knock Green Goblin off that glider, and LS would then take him out from there. Luck might have it that he throws his little dagger weapons and hits a bomb attached to GG wrist taking him out effortlessly. Loa vs. Steel Serpant, it's clear she wouldn't be able to beat him in a fair no powers fight, but he wouldn't be able to hit her without losing and arm or leg, he'd lose this one. Thunder, puts out a might shockwave, when punisher stumbles, she sits on him and increases her density and crushes his chest.

Team4: toughtest battleLizard vs Loa because i like putting her with lizard people. Lizard is pretty smart so he may be able to outfox her in a long fight, but him not knowing the extent of her powers at the beginning of the fight would be a complete handicapp she could end this quickly., Deadpool vs longshot because he will need a lot of luck to pull this fight off, I think Longshot would be able to Hold off deadpool the longest, because that he's immortal and can't really be killed. (not fair) LS powers will most likely have most of Deadpools crazy antic Backfire on himself giving LS a win, , Daredevil vs Shatterstar another very good fight, Luke Cage vs Thunder, Also another very good fight, Cage can actually be hurt given enough force, but I don't think he could produce enough force to actually combat with Thunder would be throwing at him.

Team 5: Sabertooth and Domino vs Longshot, better skilled than domino, dominio's luck powers tend to save her from almost being killed but still losing, often it may do something cool, but not on par with LS's. Longshot also has the ability and fight skill to beat Sabertooth who's less tactic at times and more brute force. Beside getting killed tends to downgrade your status as a badass. Thunder vs. Cable seeing that cable without outside help wouldn't have been able to take Red Hulk. I think sense he doesn't have that help from sanction x, Thunder would win this one, Scarlet Spider vs. Shatterstar, Kaine is a bad ass, and Shatterstar would enjoy this fight. this fight would be hard to call. Loa vs. X23, X obviously better fight but is melee only so she's lose and how!. This free Loa up to help with Scarlet spider or kill ST again.

@ChaosBlazer: all expert marksmen with planning and element of surprise /sniping they can shoot the invulnerable opponents through the eye socket , killing them ,my team can be very tactical when it come to a kill shot and have come close to killing some members on this gauntlet . as a team they would be smart enough to stay downwind of characters like daken , sabretooth who can sniff em out , and if it comes to close quarter fighting they can out maneuver or take on the opponents . if its all out bloodlust head shots will occur , this will put down daken, x-23, sabretooth , DP till they heal but who is to say my team doesn't take their heads for trophies ?
