Beat my Character (with 7 days of preparation)

Iron Bat - is a character that I created, this character is a fusion of Batman and Iron Man (two characters without powers) this character has the combined intelligence of Batman and Iron Man, and has the same "powers" of Batman and Iron Man

who can beat my character? (with 7 days of preparation)

Regular Iron Man can do it with 7 days prep.

I would assume any of the characters that can beat Iron Man and Batman would be able to take him down.

Is the combination of their intelligence merely the culmination of both of their respective knowledge and skillsets or is it additive (I.e., their respective IQ's added together)?

exactly, this is a fusion, because to an experiment

Since it is a fusion and not an additive effect, anyone of Thor class and higher should still be able to take your character provided they don't have an easily exploitable weakness.

That doesn't matter, if only Iron Man gets prep and Iron Bat doesn't, all the intelligence in the world won't help him.

7 days of preparation is a resource for both, otherwise it would be unjust
