Bill is a murderous being who devours his victims. He is part of a universe Iv'e been working on for a while. Here he is in a nutshell.
Flesh- This is actually a weakness. Bill was a god like horror but did something unforgivably cruel long ago and was cursed with mortal flesh. He is trying to collect enough souls to break a barrier keeping him from the Great Rune that can give him some of his old power back.
Runes- After being cursed Bill carved magic runes into some stones and swallowed them. They give him super strength, speed, durability, and resistance to magic.
World Claw- This power lets him tear open space to travel anywhere on Earth.
Time Claw- This power is similar to World Claw but instead lets him travel to any point in time. It does not change his location.
Soul Claw- This is where Bill sticks both his clawed hands into his victims chest and tears out their soul.
Bottomless Stomach- Bill has been known to devour hundreds of people without being full.
Forms- Bill has three forms.
In his first form he has all the powers above. This form is at least planet buster level and probably planet level durability.
In his Black Bill form his skin becomes black he can move at relativistic speeds, cut planets and stars in half with ease, and World Claw becomes Universe Claw and can take him anywhere in the universe. He can only get to this form if he collects ten billion souls. This form is about solar system buster level.
Great Bill is his final form. This is what happens when he swallows the Great Rune and becomes a true horror once more. This form can tear apart galaxies atom by atom and gives off a horrible screaming sound that can drive every sentient being within ten light years mad. This form is a constantly shifting blob of matter that has no true size or shape. It can communicate with telepathy. Universe Claw becomes Great Claw and can travel anywhere in the multiverse. Great Bill has ten trillion eyes that watch over the universe. The only time it has been beaten was when Bill first became it and was cursed with flesh by his creator.
