Beat a Bloodlusted Amon

Rules:

As OP suggests, Amon has morals off and is bloodlusted

Basic prior knowledge for both sides

Win by death, KO or incapacitation

Anyone without blood would do considerably well, since most of Amon's bending feats are blood-based.(So androids such as Terminator could possibly do it).

Yes, because a nuke is street level.

Would Terminator count as street level? Because if so that's a good choice.

Many street guys could take him out with stealth, or if they're attacking from long range.

Predator and Deadshot, for example.

If he has to be taken out with stealth then Kaine could probably take it.

At that distance? anyone with a gun. Amon has never bloodbent an opponent more than 50ft away at most. Based on that, I say:

Deadpool.

Punisher.

Deadshot.

Deathstroke.

Red Hood.

Batwing.

Hit Girl.

David Cain.

Rose Wilson.

Bullseye.

Cable.

Grifter.

Robocop.

Darth Vader.

Fantomex. Charles X.

Vision would stomp him but he might not be street.

Any street level comic character without blood solos. Competent one ofc.

No, not a nuke. Nuke, as in Frank Simpson. He's pretty much entirely cybernetic with no blood.

According to OP Amon has basic knowledge. Which means he'll most likely know that those people are likely to use a gun right off that bat. Now, taking into consideration Amon is starting right next to a lake; it's safe to presume Amon will just create a wall of ice to block the bullets and force people to get closer. Also, I don't think Vader is quite in the 'street level' category.

Now, as for who I think could win this?

Gold Experience Requiem

Nullification of Cause and Effect: Gold Experience Requiem's ability is to turn anything, including his opponent's attack and willpower, back to the state of "zero". Hence, it is near invincible, as all "supposed" actions created by an opponent would have been reset (back to point zero).

If the opponent is "killed" by the stand itself, then they will also continuously experience death, as they will die but repeatedly return to point "zero"

@con7879: I'll be honest, I'm not that familiar with SW, but from what I see on the Vine all of the characters seem to be insanely powerful (IIRC I saw a thread saying Luke would beat Superman) so I sort of just assumed Vader would be around that tier too. My bad. Anyway, I'm fairly sure Skul would count has high end street level (especially considering people like Wolverine, Spiderman and whatnot are street level)
