Well since there is no limit as to what beast boy can turn into, Beast Boy wins. As he can become a germ, and make warpath sick, or have his brain hemorrhage. OR he can become a dinosaur, or a massive snake, or any alien life form he has ever seen. Beast Boy should be a top tier hero Warpath cannot stop him
