Bayonetta can also enter a different plane of existence where she can't be harmed. And she has superhuman speed and strength. That weave is going to dominate this.

Bayonetta, sorry Sailor V. Besides I can't really remember anyone in Sailor Moon dealing with ANYTHING on the scale of what Bayonetta has.

So what particular instance has taken place, that makes you believe she wins? You've mentioned some of her powers, but I'm still not completely sure how she's coming out on top vs. Bayonetta's skill set.
