@Methos: Im not sure to be honest, Kate has faced supernatural creatures before. Were people, undead batman XD. Then again Spike has the tools to finish the job. I think Spike clearly has a speed advantage and strength. But Kate has better H2H and as i said before has faced creatures stronger and faster then her.... I think Spike has it, just but what a battle.

I think I would go with Spike also. Kate has better fighting skills, but Spike is still a good fighter. And like you said stronger and faster... Unless Kat's got a batstake somewhere lol.
Batwoman has the advantage of knowing the area, which I believe will help her survive. I do not think Batwoman will win though. She is good and has experience fighting supernatural creatures but she does not carry the means to take down Spike. I do think that she would put up an incredible fight though. It will not be an easy win for Spike.
