Batwoman (Kate Kane) vs. Red Hood (Jason Todd)

Location: docks of Gotham

Backstory: Batwoman is investigating some arms dealers smuggling weapons into Gotham. She runs into the Red Hood, who is looking to take the weapons for himself and kill the smugglers. They decide to throw down.

Restrictions: Neither party is looking to kill the other, but both are fine inflicting maximum damage otherwise. Todd will not use his guns but otherwise will use anything at his disposal. Ditto for Batwoman.

Agreed. Is there anything Batwoman has ever done to put her slightly above thugs? Off the top of my head, I think no.

She's defeated some metahuman assassins (increased strength and speed) and one-shotted Killer Croc, Bloody Mary and the Weeping Woman all at the same time with tech. But she does not have skill showings on the level of Mr. Todd. Her costume is completely bulletproof, so Jason shooting her probably won't work. But he doesn't need the guns anyway.

I think there are a few people that could make a better battle for her, though.

Bumping this. How good has Batwoman been in Rebirth?

Honestly she's only received an upgrade in gear which might pose a problem but the same could be said for Jason except he's received some physical feats as well.

It's not a stomp, but Jason should win this. I have Kate somewhere between Tim and Jason, based on their current versions
