Battle of the Technopaths

Sage, Iron Man, Cable, Dr. Doom, Static, Forge, Depowered Tyrant, Project 2501, Ben 10, Magneto, Ultron & Apocalypse 
                                      vs 
                               This Guy 

I'm not sure all of those are technopaths...

But Henshaw beats most technopaths because he controls the materials themselves, not just computer systems that control the mechanics. Hardware and software. He's more like Madison Jeffries (who should be on your list) than any of the ones you've included. Of those though (and the ones I'm comfortable talking about), the biggest threat is probably Magneto, but Cyborg being just as much a kryptonian as he is a technopath, steamrolls the mutant.

Is Ben 10 only using Upgrade? Because to my knowledge that's the only Technopath in his arsenal

He's asking if he's only using that alien, which is a legitimate question.

@Buckshot okay, I see now, He will primarily be upgrade, but if chooses can transform. I mean Iron  Man is still using his suit  & Cyborg his rings.

They could control him as he's currently assembled (part of him anyway), and assuming they succeed, he could just abandon any part that's a functioning machine. He could just reform his metal and plastic and circuitry into nonfunctional collections of debris in the shape of the parts he needs. Most technopaths couldn't do anything with a slab of metal, but he could make a body that could fight.

If they succeed in controling him then that would prove he doesn't outclass them in Technopathy. To be honest this wasn't supposed to be a battle thread but a question to see if Hank can outclass other Technopaths. After he plugged himself into every computer in the world I wondered could he be the best, but I clicked battle forums w/out thinking
