Don't know this Vincent Keller dude so I won't say anything on him. Based on the rest of the list though I'd say it's between Wolverine and Captain America. I would love to see their movie counterparts take each other on!

I know who Vincent Keller is, and you never stated that Wolverine didn't have Adamantium. Be that as it may, with bone claws this battle would come down to Wolverine and Victor Creed. Victor has already taken out Wolverine without even trying. And I don't see Vincent taking down Victor.

you should watch season 2 from net.I couldn't find the fight scenes on youtube but he's moving as a blur while fighting also he can use that speed for travelling it's kind of smallville.For strength he can break steel doors,titanium chains etc. he can lift and throw a car

Vincent lost his healing factor when he got his speed amp.He have superhuman durability to take bullets in stomatch and still move like nothings happened but he cannot heal that fast.You can harm him with a bullet .It would heal in 1-2 days

You're right. Vincent is stronger and faster than the movie versions of Wolverine, Sabertooth, and Captain America. And with Wolverine having bone claws, this fight should go to Vincent Keller.
