Jay Garrick vs. Barry Allen vs. Wally West vs. Bart Allen vs. Zoom vs. Rival vs. Reverse-Flash vs. Quicksilver vs. Speed Demon vs. Johnny Quick(from the CSA) WHO SHALL WIN?

in order of victory...

Wally West
Zoom
Bart Allen
Reverse-Flash
Barry Allen
Rival
Johnny Quick
Speed Demon
Jay Garrick
Quicksilver

For those that will argue with my Wally / Zoom argument, Wally has now defeated Zoom three times in the comics...

now while Zoom may actually be more powerful than Wally, Wally has the training and knowledge of the Speed Force to back him up when dealing with Zoom's chronal manipulation.

the rest is pretty much common sense

Zoom was defeated twice by Wally, not three times. Once at the end of Blitz. Once at the end of Rogue War.

At the end of Blitz, Zoom's powers were out of control and created time portals. Wally pushed Zoom into one. He gained further control of his powers and said portals never appeared again. Also, Wally had Bart, Jay and Jessie's speed.

At the end of Rogue War, Zoom's powers combined with the cosmic treadmill caused Zoom to disappear in time. Wally never koed him and it's quite optomistic to even say that Wally beat him at all.

Zoom mopped the floor with Wally several times during Blitz, even when Wally had Bart and Jay's speed. During Rogue War, he had Wally pinned the the treadmill while Thawne powered it to let them go back in time.

Even with all the help Wally has gotten in terms of his friends, borrowing speed and side effects of Zoom's powers/the cosmic treadmill that wouldn't happen in a standard fight, Wally hasn't even beaten Zoom half of the times they've fought.

Zoom beats Flash.

That was only because he was talking to him and he got caught by suprise and owlman disrupted the speed juice delivery system in his costume which turned his veins into fire so that was a low blow

Owlman? Owlman who tells Quick off, beats the crap out of him and gets away with it?

If Owlman pulled a stunt like that on Ultraman, Ultraman would kill him. If Batman pulled a stunt like that on Flash, Flash would hit him back and quit the league.

But Quick just takes the beating and the yelling because he's Owlman's bitch.
