Battle of the money

Eddy vs. Mr. Krabs
 
A leprechaun has appeared to both of them and told them that they have 30 minutes to race to the end of the rainbow. There is a pot of gold.
 
Both of them race, and they arrive at the same time, claiming the pot of gold is theirs. The only way to settle this is with a fight.
 
For back-up, Eddy can call in Edd, who comes in carrying a Canadian squirt gun. Mr. Krabs can call in Spongebob, who comes in carrying his trusty spatula. 
 
Who wins this fight and gets the gold?
