Fight takes place on Mars.
Everyone has normal powers, abilities.No morals.
Fight until the last one is standing.

They could do nothing to Silver Surfer, flash can't even leave Mars' atmosphere unassisted. Surfer takes the fight into space, blows up the planet. There goes flash

I believe this is how it'd go, although some may disagree with the BRB > Lobo part.

Overall, Surfer would win and BB would be a close second.
