All teams have standard equipment. Each side has a character with a powerful healing factor so KO's count as a win. Battle takes place in 3 square block area in NYC. Random encounter

@serrure: I'm not sure. It seems like Hawkeye could just shoot an explosive arrow at Goblin and take him out right from the start. He's an exceptional marksman after all. Or Black Panther could also hurl some vibranium daggers at him and take out his glider as well.

Spiderman could almost solo. Team 2 stomps.

@ordinaryalan: yeah but goblin is fast plus you really think one explosive arrow will take in out whens he suffered ALOT worse and has a good healing factor

Spider-man isn't street level. More of low-mid tier powerhouse.
