Who wins and why?

Done before, lots of times. Thor imo, general consensus is Clark, I don't feel like debating right now...

Been done. Superman wins.

Pro for Superman: Speed Blitz, too fast for Thor to react, he has fought people like Captain Marvel and Black Adam and still won.

Pro for Thor: Uses magic, can teleport Supes to a red sun, has reacted to people like Hyperion, Gladiator, Silver Surfer so he can keep up with Superman and still win.

It can go either way IMO, that is why it is one of most debated topics in comic book history.

If Superman gets hit with Mjnoir and or gets teleported to a red sun, it's game over for him; however if Superman is too fast for Thor to react to, then he could evetually win by speed blitzing.

@kingant27: superman never beat black Adam or captain marvel to my knowledge.

Thor probably hits harder than Pre-52 Superman. And to my knowledge, Pre-52 Supes has exhibited more vulnerability to magic than New-52.

If Morals are on, Thor with moderate difficulty.

If Morals are off, Superman with moderate difficulty.

If CIS if off, Thor with a little less than moderate difficulty.
