I still see Ghost Rider Vs Spawn being the end result.
Ghost Rider has taken on Mephisto and Blackheart so I don't see them being much of a problem. Hellboy go's down first...hard. Seeing as how he has no real powers other than his magic which he does'nt really use. Etrigan is one of the more powerful ones here...and will def. present a problem to not only Ghost Rider but Kid Devil and Spawn as well.
Kid Devil should go down next, along with Meph. and Blackheart.
Than it's Spawn Vs GR Vs Etrigan.
Now Etrigan is no lightweight, having taken on Superman, Wonder Woman and others he ain't going down easy...but Spawn can take him and if he can't, Than GR can.
Than it's Spawn Vs GR and thats the age old question...
