So Bullseye is suppose to be unbelievably good with hhis aim, especially if he is using objects that he is familiar with. Well, I wonder how he would do against Vash the Stampede in a sharpshooters contest. To the death of course. So yes Vash would be shooting to kill.

Even if neither of them miss, Vash is faster (allowing him to dodge things that would hit) and has more destructive weaponry.
