Despero should win.

Juggernaut can win, but sadly, he isn't smart enough to have his forcefield on at all times.

Juggernaught or Despero close battle, but i think Despero is smart enough to realize juggernauts weak spot. (If spider-Man can wield the force to do so... then so can he.)

Mongul is the only one here who can fire energy blasts. That still doesn't guarantee him victory.

Juggernaut. despero can't control him mentally, and he's far less invulnerable.
