Battle of space tatics/strategy

All participants are in control of a fleet equal in every way and they can not fight directly or add anything to the ships so that this is a fair fight and they don't know each other and they get one days prep.

Round 2 is a random encounter.

My $$$ is on Brainiac.2 days prep imo he would have all the corners covered ie-attack, defence formations.

This is tough. I'm leaning towards Star Lord though as he has on several occasions had success being the brains behind strategies involving giant space battles. Annihilation and Annihilation: Conquest are the two that stand out the most.

Brainiac takes this as an AI he can Download himself into all of the Ships and command them at insane speed \ Braincs raw computing power trumps Tactics because he can compute the possibilities much faster

@cjdavis103: he is not allowed to add anything to the ships that includes his consciousness he can give them commands but not directly affect them in any way.
