Oct did some crazy shit in a span of a day or two with prep in the first issue of superior spiderman. i wouldn't be surprised if he beated batman in terms of prep.

Spiderman easily, he's now surpassed bats in prep and batman would have to prep to jus survive against. A superhuman like Spock
