- Team 1 is consisted of Red Skull, Doctor Doom and Loki

- Team 2 is consisted of Gorilla Grodd, Brainiac and Lex Luthor

- Both teams have 3 days prep, morals off, battle take place in New York, who wins and why?

I'm going to say team 2 because of Braniac, Joker is basically a non-factor in this level of intelligence.

i'll say team 1. team 1 have technology and magic on their side. team 2 only has technology. besides, magic is stronger powerful than technology

If it weren't for Doom, I'd say team 2, but Doom makes it a lot tougher...

Dr.Doom is just too intelligent for them IMO. Red Skull isn't as smart and Loki? Seriously? Put someone like Reed Richards, or Hank Pym.

Loki and Doom would be a cool prep team and I think they might be able to take it. Brainiac is the best on the other team, he could be tough to take down.

I would go with team two, Lex in the suit he goes toe to toe with supes with could easily take care of doom and red skull and then grodd and brainiac would just outsmart loki and leave him a broken insane mass of unintelligent matter! XD

Lex hardly goes toe to toe against Superman in that suit.
