 The following characters have all been picked out to replace Mister T as the fifteenth most kinda awesome person in the world.
 They will battle on Battleworld. 
They have three weeks prep with no outside interference.  
They may interact with each other during the prep time,but cannot attack them during the prep time.

1. The man has pretty powerful tech. 
2. A lot of the DC characters have "similar" powers to at least some people he may know from Marvel.
3. Prep also implies some research on the part of the guy who is preparing.

@JediXMan: I'm sorry,but you can't prep for someone from dc while your in the marvel universe.He hasn't been given knowledge of who he is taking on,it's his job to find that out,but he can only prep for so many characters.

Three weeks is quite a long time for Reed.

what kind of access of tech do each charaters have access to? do each character have access to tech and weaponry from their own respected universe?

Then this is putting limitations on the prep, thus not fair.

Flash wins then...no one will have time to activate/steal powers, weaponry, force field, any tech etc etc

I want black alice to win..... Because I have no idea who she is. Gardner smothers Reed with a force bubble around his head. Cyborg Superman rips War Machine apart. Magneto stays suspended and drags Flash into the air and kills  him unless flash can out run his own blood. Black Adam rips the head off Darth Vader. Ghost Rider and BA get stuck in an epic confrontation. I don't know enough about Kang to say how he fares. 
 
Magneto and Cyborg Superman are a quick draw.. I mean he is a cyborg.. but he's also superfast  and can fly so floating won't protect Mags.  Emma could possibly shut down BA if she needs to... But after that I don't know how it goes. Not enough data on Kang or Black Alice.

@DangerousLoki: Black Alice can copy the powers of anyone she knows about.She has copied superman,captain marvel,wonder woman,and others before.
Kang has time travel tech and very powerful weapons from the future.
 
Also,Magneto always has his shield up.Galactus was unable to get through magneto's shield.And your ignoring prep.

@SilverGalford: Mister Fantastic is an incredibly talented prep master,who most of the time can outsmart doctor doom.He has access to one of the infinity gems,the reality one to be specific,and has several thousands of inventions.

Reed's prepped for Galactus before has he not? (Haven't read the story arc ... only commenting on hearsay). 
But seriously, Reed has cosmic level tech when given time to prep. He should win. In fact, he's probably a mutant as his ability to invent can put even Forge to shame! :)

Not really. Reed isn't a tactician. He's an inventor. Magneto is a battle hardened tactician. The first things he's going to do is find someone who can take out Reed. Reed's never encountered a green lantern and I'm fairly certain couldn't come up with away to protect himself against a weapon that isimited by the users imagination and the will they posesses. He wouldn't have enough information to figure out the fundamental esseneof the green lantern power.  Garner can take him out pretty effectiely, and Magneto has three weeks to find someone capable of countering Reed.  
 
Flash pretty much can't harm Magneto and he's human, which means he has blood and Magneto can kill him off with his powers and from what I remember of Barry, he's smart but I can't recall him ever having  invented anything that would be on par with any device that could stop Magneto.  
 
War Machine has Tony's help with prep but I don't know what that means inmany senses, but I've never seen him do anything impressive with reflex timing and I'm prety sure Cyborg Superman's speed could allow him to demolish him.  
 
Black Alice, if she was smart would stay out of the fight.. Can she take on more than one power set at a time? If she could take on Black Adam, Flash, and Magneto's powers then she demolishes.  knew Kang was a time traveler but I don't know enough about him to formulate what his lkely battle plan would be. I don't think Darth has much in the way of prep planning and I don't think anything he could do could stop Black Adam... But I'm not a fan of Star Wars. So my original statement remains unchanged unless you can argue how Reed would be able to counter Garner. 
 
Yes he has prep, but I don't see anyway he can counter Gardner... if you can provide me with one let me know.   
 
Yes Doom with Prep stole the power of the Beyonder, and yes Reed routinely matches wits with him. But that doesn't matter. If you can't argue a possibility then you're better off not arguing at all. People do it with Doom and Batman all the time.

Also,Reed has combated Galactus with Prep.If he knows about his enemies,he knows a way to stop them.
 
You claimed Guy was going to kill reed,but he isn't bloodlusted,so he would be holding back.Plus,Gardner got KOed by Batman.

Furthermore the argument that Reed could take on anyone with prep is flawed.First, Reed would have limited knowledge of Guy to begin with let alone limited knowledge of the Lantern rings, no matter the level of his research.Prep is not a magic button. Furthermore, there's presumably a limited amount of tech Reed's able to bring with him... I mean if he gets all of his thousand of inventions then yeah.. He could take down everyone..  
 
The reason why no one likes characters like Reed or Batman is because people argue that prep means they automatically win because they've defeated so and so with prep. Reed is not Batman so that is irrevelant. Reed is a science geek and an inventor, he's a subpar strategist which is why he routinely gets captured and put into dire straights by Doom. He's usually able to figure out the tech dooms using and counter it, but he's never shown the ability to be an effective tactician. He relies on his inventions, and his inventions are limited to scientifc comprehension.  
   
I get tired of people using prep as some kind of magic button to beat god.
