battle of brains, Lupin vs batman

I really want to see how this goes
here is the scenario, batman and the team get an anonymous tip that Lupin the third ,and his gang are gonna rob gothem city bank, 
 
Lupin the third also learns of  batmans team, and there up tight guarding of gothem city
 
both of them get a days prep to find out about each other, and Lupin also gets all the tech he has from previous missions 
 
Who wins

Lupin with hist team rock.

Lupin doesn't kill batman, but gets away with a lot of stollen money and stuff.

Batman persues him, fights with him, and recovers some art pieces, but not the gold/money.
