I gotta go with Team 1 in an extremely tough fight.

team 1. Why is Shaw here? Any recent power upgrades I'm not aware of?

Fate probably takes this for Team 2, depending on incarnation. He dominates Supes with magic, has the durability to tank most of their attacks, and has the versatility and intangibility to take down everyone on Team 1. Sentry, Miss Marvel, and Shaw should be able to do and take enough damage to let Fate turn the tide, from what I know of the characters.
