So, we have one thread to complain and cry, but here is where we praise. First and foremost, no, this is not rate the debaters.
Here, we take time to compliment others. You know how there are respect threads for certain characters, filled with why you believe the character is awesome and examples of their feats? The same applies here, but for individuals on the Vine.
Remember, we're not rating, we're respecting and listing why.

i respect a lot of users like Nobody,specialy for standing up for Spider-Man what would have been ,otherwise,a spite :D and Spidey_15 as well Geraldthesloth and Vance for being a bad@ss Morpheus_'s knowledge is worth mention too

I respect most, if not all, debaters. (although it may not seem like it at times)
Honorable mention to Pre Retcon Beyonder, who's clearly trying to become one of the best debaters, shame I never go to the threads where he gets a chance to shine.

A couple of names that come to mind for me are WarCry and Freefa (I hope I spelled both of their names correctly). They seem like unbias and open minded debaters.

I will make a list with reasons that will be progressive. I might even through in a few links every now and again.
Morpheus_ - This is my #1 debater on the site currently. His logic and versatility is second to none. He also has one of the best debating styles that I have seen. He is humble yet confident, convincing in every argument and open to being corrected.
k4tzm4n - He is my #2 at the moment. He thinks outside the box in every debate and looks at all possible factors in a debate, with sound logic and extreme knowledge in certin areas. He is creative and knows how to make a thread interesting.
Silver2467 - The most underrated debater at CV IMO. He has a vast knowledge over a variety of characters and companies. He only gets better with every debate and is just one of the funnest people to debate against here at CV.
Next on the list will be Static, Vance, and AtPhantom

Silver, Sexy Merc, and CosmicSpiral are underrated? I thought they all got consistent 4s on ratings. Either way they're all darn good debaters(as are you Strafe).
Oh and you don't suck in comparison to them, you're about as good(maybe a little lower, but not by much)

Understand while they get consistent 4s, I still consider them underrated.
Look at it this way. When you think of the elite of CV who do you think of? Creator? Buckshot? Vance? Morph?
I like to look at it that way in saying they are underrated.
