Batroc vs Daredevil

-Random encounter.

-Daredevil has his batons, and Batroc has his whip cane (or whatever he calls it)

-Morals are on

-Elimination by all standard methods

-Fight takes place in a dojo

It would be a good fight, but I think Murdock has this. He has bested formidable martial artists in the past, and his radar gives him a huge cognitive advantage in combat.

Is it a plane? Is it a bird? Nooo it's Batroc the leaper! I give it to Batroc because savate is cool.

Personally going with Daredevil. Batroc is a pretty good acrobat, but I'd rate DD above him. Plus, the radar sense gives him an edge over Batroc.

He's contended with Captain America(Steve and Bucky), if memory serves right.

Edit: Also, Batroc is extremely efficient in the french martial art Savate, to the point of being(arguably) the leading expert on it.

Well all kidding aside, there is no way he can take a majority but he has tagged Spider-man who said Batroc is very fast and has gone toe to toe with Bucky, Steve and Clint Barton. He lost to them though.

I think Batroc can win a few rounds though since he has outmaneuvered and escaped the avengers once from my memory.

Neither do I, but out of 10, he could probably win 2 or 3 giving him a %30 chance or 3 to 10 with odds against him.

Batroc has beaten Barton like a redheaded stepchild. Hawkeye is nowhere near the fighter Batroc is. People tend to think of Batroc as just a joke, but he is a master of numerous fighting styles, the most prominent being Savate. I believe it was during Mark Waid's "heroes return" run on Captain America that Cap had to step in and defeat Batroc, after Batroc had stomped Hawkeye. Batroc has also caused Bucky Cap to retreat, and gave Iron Fist an evenly matched fight. I believe it was stated that it took Batman a long time to defeat him in JLA/Avengers as well. He needs more respect.
