Spider-man and Green goblin are seriously underrated in prep. Killer croc gets ripped in half by the lizard. Batman with prep is dangerous, but how many of spiderman's villians prep for spiderman and win? Very few numbers.

Spiderman villain's with prep doesn't do as well as batman does. Batman has higher technology and more money. Killer crok is not usefulhere. Joker is pretty good with prep as well. Spidey is very good with prep as well but not on the same level with batman since he lacks money and technology.=] "

hmm, i dunno. norman is pretty brilliant. isane, but brilliant, and parker is no slouch. i think between them they can come up with something that will let their physical advantage win the fight.

He's also not as strategic or tactical as Bruce too in my opinion. "

Since team DC has both Bats and Joker with prep, they would win. Spidey and Norman are good with prep but just not as strong with it as Batman and Joker. I`ll agree Croc is useless here, Lizard is probably stronger. I`m not sure about this but couldn`t Lizard actually control Croc with Lizard`s recent upgrade, or am I mistaken.

Killer Croc isn't anywhere near as durable or strong as Lizard. DC team wins, but Croc is useless. "
