Damian has the average utilities of batman and whatever he has in the cave. plus he has a healing powers. Deadpool has an rpg with 5 shots, dual glocks with fifty shots all together, m16 120 shots, and a grendae launcher with 15 shots. he also has two katannas and healing.
Damain has the drop on deadpool and knows everything on deadpool, as does deadpool with damian. who wins?!!?!
Deadpool's one of the top fighters in marvel and i'd say is Damien's superior by a bit.
Deadpool is extremely resistent to pain and his insane durability has allowed him to take hits from She Hulk,Cable,Hulk,Spiderman,Juggernaut,MsMarvel etc. all can hit many fold the stgrength of Damien Wayne , he doesn't win here , DP kills him pretty easily
