Batman with prep-time and plot armor VS One-Above-All

Thread for fun . Batman plans to kill One-Above-ALL . He is given the plot armor . Any ideas ?
My version : Batman offers to battle the One-Above-ALL . TOAA laughs . Batman offers a rule : TOAA must hit him with the blasts of energy , that can kill even himself .
Battle starts . Batman dodges the blasts , transforms the plot armor into the spell reflector , stands so the reflector is behind him , waits until TOAA shoots , dodges , blasts reflects , flies at TOAA and kills him . 
Now its your turn .
