Cletus everytime. Much stronger, just as fast when he wants to be, helluva lot harder to put down as well.

Batman if he can find out carnage's weakness to sound or fire, if he can't then Carnage should take a majority.

carnage win a bit harder, bruce is smart enough to stretch this fight out if he can use his powers, at least longer than he would with his normal "powers". But I dont think he can use the suit to let him have the speed AND striking, or striking and durability to put carnage down, as far as I know

well seeing how carnage just looks like a monster, i think bruce would use the heat vision pretty early.

Carnage in a murder stomp, his regen and durability are ridiculous, not to mention the massive physical (speed and strength) advantage he has.
