Batman w/ Hellbat Armor vs X-O Manowar

Who'd win? For what reasons?

Correct me if I'm wrong but Batman's Hellbat Armor does deplete his life over time right? If that's the case, I'm going for X-O Manowar on this one. It could all go down to endurance because it's quite evenly matched, I feel.

I'm not a Valiant expert but XO stomps.

It does but the fight won't last that long, Hellbat stomps badly

Hellbat needs more feats, but so far it's powerful enough to give Darkseid problems

I'm going with Batman on this one
