Batman vs. Wolverine with a Modification

Rules

• Start somewhere at Earth in a spacious area.
• Both combatants start 8 feet apart.
• Both are at their best nothing holding them back but not necessarily Blood Lusted.

Modification

• Batman has a healing factor. The speed of the healing factor is fast as Wolverines. Batman does not have adamantium. Other than that it works the way wolverine's healing factor works as well.

Who wins? XD Jaja'

Victory conditions? Aware of opponent prior or no? If no awareness, and victory by anything other than KO, it's still Logan.

Still Wolverine.

Logan, even giving Batman a Healing  Factor Logan is still stronger and Faster than Batman and their h2h skill levels should be considered on par with each other.

Logan should be pretty crappy when it comes to h2h his prowess makes no sense given his history as a brawler. I would say he is one of the best at utilizing bladed weapons which realistically trumps h2h unless Batman has something special in his utility belt.

Logan rarely ever fully utilizes his fighting skill, he just likes to brawl usually. Batman can take this if he plays his cards right.

Wolverine should still have the edge with his claws

Adamantium bones make all the differnce here. Logan wins. They are both about equal fighters. I'll say Bats is is more skilled (not by much) and Logan is a more Brutal fighter (by a lot).
