With Prep, he can do some research, or he can have a some acid to eat the adamantium and Logan alive. There's a variety of ways.

I don't think batman is fast enough for Logan though and all Logan has to do is get his claws in him once or twice and batmans done for.

You can probably use Aqua Regia. (Combination of Nitric Acid and Hydrochloric acid). Not too sure it'll work, but acid can work. Batman can make all his gadgets like Black Panther's claws. Anti Metal. It'll eat Adamantium and from there, Logan's dead meat.

Batman would get cut up without prep time. Even if he gassed Logan or used explosives Wolvie would be back up lickity split. Wolvie would just charge in slashing, Batman may be able to trip him up for a minute, but only to have his leg cut off.

Depends on the environment doesn't it? Open field, wolverine. Gotham City at night...depends if batman masks his smell. I'd say Wolverine most of the time. But almost all the writers bum wolverine and marvel would have him on every page if they could.

but i would say wolverine, because of his accelerated healing factor and his adamantium. Batman will have to have protection on his hands and feet to not damage them.

It's not if he can be destroyed, its if he can be beaten. Captain America has beaten Wolverine, Batman is at Cap's level, so Batman could beat Wolverine. Besides, its not like he hasn't fought people like that before.

All that aside, he smarter, better at keeping his cool in battle, and argueably the greatest strategist/tactician in the DCU

logan is leaps and bounds on batmans speed/reflex logan has dissappeared in front of someones eyes more then once and has also caught a sniper bullet with two fingers from mid air.

to compare both arts and extensive knowledge, wolverine would know and possess more fighting knowledge relying solely in samurai skills. the only think that ninjitsu would offer is distraction and stealth something logan can overcome with his mutant abilities and is also well versed in both stealth and distraction both by his natural animalistic behavior as well by ninja training.
he has bn trained in both stealth and ninjitsu as well. by black ops training and ninjitsu training by elektra as well as familiarization of ninja fighting and styles he has participated in..
logan is far from helpless against the samurai ninja comparison.
