As much as I love Wolverine, if the Bat has prepared prior to the encounter, you have to take Batman here.

This is really interesting fight, but i think batman wins this, im sure his gadgets and his amour will be enough, to hold him down.

Really? This is spite - Wolverine stomp, lets count the ways 
 
1. MUCH MUCH MUCH more brutal fighter in the game than Batman
2. Can take a HELL of a lot more damage and doesnt have to STOP FIGHTING to heal up
3. He can BLOCK and FATALLY counter any batman melee attacks 
4. That thing that batman does to get away from enemies (grappling hook escape?) wouldnt work with Wolverine since he can just track him 
5. He can BLOCK and FATALLY counter any batman melee attacks  
6. Batmans gadgets wouldnt do squat to Wolverine 
7. Wolverine can upgrade his healing factor to near instantaneous heals, even against bosses 
8. He can BLOCK and FATALLY counter any batman melee attacks 
9. Batman can loose to normal mobs in game, its almost impossible for Wolverine to lose to regular mobs (on default difficulties) 
10. He can BLOCK and FATALLY counter any batman melee attacks

Wolverine, of course. Even if Batman could sneak up on wolverine (which he can't) there's no possible way he can manage a knockout.

Wolverine. Mostly because of his Stamina and regeneration abilities. Batman, no matter what he does can't hurt Wolverien, even if it does Wolverine will regenerate before you even can say regenerate. Wolverine making a mistake is not that much as Batman making a mistake in battle, which he will because he will tire eventually. When he does Wolverine will cut him in half with his 12 inch adamantium claws.

Wolverine does take this.. game batman isnt anything compared to his comic book version.. and i would love to see another wolverine game b4 next gen..

now that would be a battle. bats would most likely have acid type capsules and other things so he would have the tools to knock wolverine out and tie him up and hang him upside down..

Even though Batman is skilled, Batman has nothing on him to put Wolverine down for good.

Wolverine is also extremely brutal when he has his morals on, while Batman...is not...MUCH.

Wolverine also has very good reflexes and his fighting skills are almost just as good as Batman's (which shouldn't matter since they're ABOUT equal).

Wolverine would win. He's to fast, to agile and has an impressive healing factor. I like Batman alot more and I wanna say " Batman " but Wolverine's got this.
