The first time they actually fought (as in a real fight not training) Wildcat one. The next time they fought they tied. I think Wildcat could take him. He has never relied on anything more than his fists and he could put down any of Batmans Rogue gallery (except like Solomon Grundy etc.)

I don't know why you'd say that, because it's most certainly not true. Wildcat has NEVER beaten Batman. Their first fight was a very obvious stalemate. And here's the proof:

1. It most certainly is their first fight.
2. As Wildcat says in the scan, if they'd have held back, Joker would have killed the puppy that had the antidote. So they went all out.

Bruce beats Grant every time. Wildcat being Bruce’s teacher is irrelevant. He only taught him what he knows in boxing and that’s it. Outside of strictly boxing, Wayne his superior in every way.
