So you all remember the Batman versus The One Above All thread that was closed down the other day, and it was obviously a stupid mismatch, at least we made a good joke out of it. But then a though occurred to me.

Since The One Above All is a the god of the Marvel universe, and he is all powerful in that entire universe, it would be an absolute spite for anyone to face him there, or whoever has been created by him. But if something like Batman vs TOAA were to take place, and say it took place in Gotham, the DC universe, would TOAA be able to do anything to Batman? Would he have any power in that universe at all? Would he even be able to do anything to Batman at all? And the option of TOAA wiping Batman from existence, would he be able to do that? He never created Batman, and he never had control over batman, so would he be able to wipe him from existence? I honestly don't believe that this would be the complete spite matchup that we all just assume it to be.

Sorry, if this seems like batman fanboyisim, it isn't. This applies for anyone in the DC universe and TOAA, or, anyone in the Marvel universe for the Presence. Would either one of them be able to do anything in the other universes? tell me what you think. Tell me if this thought is stupid, if it is I'm sorry I'm actually curious.

No the TOAA has no power in the DC-verse and the Presence has no power in the Marvel-verse. A lot of things collide like that for example the Force(Star Wars) and the Warp(40k) they can't really effect each other under normal circumstances which is why battles are placed in a neutral universe (most of the time) and we go under the assumption that Warp can effect the Force and the Force can effect the Warp. It just makes battles actually debatable.

Isn't TOAA the writer so can't the writer take him out of existence?

@joeagentofhand1: I think he is the writer. But he's the writer for Marvel right? so couldn't only the writer for DC take him out of existence? i don't think that TOAA could do anything here

@CalebHara: well since some writers work for marvel and DC, I assume that could be a loophole. I am not so sure though.
