Otto with prep is a marginally fair opponent for bruce.

This is really close. And the only way for Bruce to even stand a chance is to stack his most OP alien toys. I see boom tube spam being a good way to BFR. He could also use his ability to repurpose his opponents technology and spam all manner of undead things. Contrary to GJ runs on anything, Batman is not what most would consider a muggle in terms of magic. He is no Dr. strange or Papa Midnite, but he is knowledgable of the dark arts to cover himself moderately. He also made significant efforts to merge science with magic.

Iirc GG was able to out prep Otto in Superior Spiderman, and has better prep feats overall. Just saying.

Superior Spider-Man should win here. Since when has Batman, even without morals, ever consistently boom-tubed someone away? It's just not his style. He'll prep differently (and so will Otto) and when it comes down to it, Spider-Man will beat him like he always should in a fair fight.

Firstly, Green Goblin is a fantastic prepper. Losing to him is no insult.

In any case, he wasn't outprepped. Otto didn't even know Norman was coming at him, and GG had basically the entire Superior Spiderman series to prep for him.
