He also possesses Genius-level intellect and is a Master strategist. He also uses steel armor with blades down his forearms, shoulders and Shins. He is an extremely Deadly hand to hand fighter with vast amounts of extensive Weapons Training. He is known also for being a master of most conventional ninja weapons, including Swords, staffs, knives and shuriken.
Bruce Wayne, also known as The Batman. he also possesses a Genius-level intellect and Peak physical and mental conditioning. He is a Master martial artist, acrobat, detective, escapologist, strategist, swordsman, tactician, and marksman. As Batman, he uses high-tech equipment, weapons, armors, & gadgets. He is a Master of stealth and disguise. He is also Highly proficient with technology and has Access to vast wealth and criminal records. He is Trained computer hacker with a Photographic memory.
Round 1 is strictly hand to hand, no weapons, gadgets or armor aloud, fight takes place in the Octagon, they are wearing only fight trunks, no gloves, no holds bared, No Prep of any Kind
Round 2 takes place in Rome at night, both have all there best gear and are at there absolute best, Each have 1 week of Prep time and start at the other sides of the city, they have no outside help of any kind
Round 3 is a seek and Destroy mission, both at there best with best Gear. The Shedder has 20 Foot ninja to help him in the search, batman has his cowl linked to the bat computer and Oracle, the target is hiding in an unknown location somewhere in Hong Kong, the two can use any method they want to find the target.
The characters are mixture of all the best versions of themselves, it is a combo of all there feats and skills from any version, comic, tv or movie, including the feats of Utrom Shredder and all other version of the character
