The list of martial arts Batman has mastered would require multiple pages of discussing...the Punisher's fighting skills are hardly worthy of mention here with Batman in he picture. I mean he's a decent fighter but Batman will run laps around him in h2h. If you give Punisher some heavy artillery for an equalizer and just give Batman a battarang it might be fair.
Then why ask the question if you already believe that he can't? You obviously don't believe Batman is as good as everyones been saying, but once you start looking into the character you realize he's pretty much the demi-God of street levelers.

So you are trying to make a spite thread against the Bat because you have beef with him? Just accept he's the best in the business and does it with no powers at all. Be happy he mingles with those other heroes to let them feel important too. He just pretends to be one of the boys because he is modest. But Punisher here is literally just one of the boys (an average Joe in terms of street leveling) and Batman will show him what separates the men from the boys.

It's not that everyone is overrating him. He is without a shadow of a doubt the elite of the elite when it comes to street level combat and tactics, but lots of people downplay it because they don't read the comics. They just seem Christian Bale getting worked by the Joker and underrate him based on the movie performances. When has a movie version of Batman punched through Bazooka proof barriers? What about blowing up trees with karate kicks? Never. Or maybe people are watching that old Batman TV show and not recognizing the level of martial arts discipline Batman brings to the table here. What's punisher bring besides the guns? Whatever it is it aint gonna save him from this phenom.

Batman has dealt with villains that had more than enough prep and are better shots than Frank. Frank is not going to do anything in 4 years prep he would not do in 3 days prep when all he gets is guns.
