Batman vs. The Flash

Rules:

Fight takes place in Central City.

Batman gets 10 days prep, morals off, superman buster suit, and bloodlusted.

Flash cannot use speed force, and is morals on, and has no idea batman is coming for him. He can only run at 400 mph.

Who wins and why? Please no fanboy jibberish.

With these parameters Batman stomps.

Batman with these characteristics should stomp Flash, although Flash's speed will still make it difficult for Bats to catch him in order to inflict damage on him. Still, especially with the superman buster suit and no morals, Flash won't really be able to do anything to Batman for the most part. Flash seems at a pretty steep disadvantage here with these parameters...Batman gets 10 days prep and Flash has no idea he's coming? Bats has morals off and Flash has morals on?

Batman. He has already beaten Flash before

Flash can't use da Speed Force... so he's pretty much powerless then.

I would just like to say that sometimes I hate Batman xD Anytime anyone includes "prep" with something he automatically wins.

Wow if all of these extra amps for bat,a and nerd for flash had to happen then that probably means this won't even be close to equal without them batman stomps with these parameters
